Shipping Information
We understand that things can change. That’s why we’ve made it easy to adjust your order after it’s been placed. Simply send us an email at info@mercilingerie.com and let us know what changes you would like to make (delivery address, size/model of the product, etc.). Please note that we can only make changes before the order is shipped. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check all order details immediately after placing your order.
Order Processing:
Please be aware that we are a small producer, crafting each product with special attention to quality and detail. Our production capabilities are limited compared to large-scale manufacturers, ensuring a unique touch in every piece.
With this in mind, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. This does not include the payment day and weekends. In rare cases, we might require additional time for processing. We reserve the right to extend this period due to factors like a high volume of orders, supply chain disruptions, or other unexpected events. If you require a more specific estimate, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.
To stay updated on the status of your order, you can conveniently track it using the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email. Please note, this tracking feature is applicable only once your order has been shipped.
Delivery:
Poland
All orders are delivered free of charge.
Europe & Worldwide
Shipping costs €6.99. Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are shipped via DHL, InPost or Polish National Post Office (Poczta Polska). Please note that if the order is shipped via Poczta Polska, the final carrier will be the National Post Office of the destination country. The shipping status can also be checked on the website of the National Post Office of the destination country using the tracking code provided via email.
The delivery times are as follows (please note that delivery may take longer due to high season, holidays, and other circumstances):
- Poland: 2-5 business days
- EU countries: 4-10 business days
- Worldwide: 7-15 business days
We understand that sometimes a package needs to be delivered faster. In this case, you are welcome to contact us via email at info@mercilingerie.com, and we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
Taxes and Custom Duties
Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website include VAT (where applicable) based on the rate of the destination country in the EU on the day of your order.
Shipping charges are not included in the listed prices. The final price of your order will be shown in the order summary before you complete your purchase.
As we are sending the goods from the EU, it is important to note that any additional taxes or customs duties required by law in your country are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. These extra charges are not included in the prices of the products you are purchasing from us.
For the non EU-countries we recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s tax laws before placing an order to understand any charges and customs duties that may be applied by your local customs office.
