At Merci Lingerie we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for stockings or panty products unless they are defective.
Please ensure that returned or exchanged products are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners attached. If the returned item shows signs of wear or doesn’t meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
When shipping the item back, please ensure that the sender’s name is clearly readable and the order number is included.
Exchange and Return Policy
Poland
Returns and exchanges are free of charge. Simply contact us at info@mercilingerie.com, and we will provide you with a DHL return label or an InPost return code. If you need an exchange, we’ll take care of the reshipment costs.
European Union
Option 1: We can provide a DHL return label. The cost for returns is €9.99, which will be deducted from your refund. The cost of exchanges is €9.99, the payment link will be sent to the Customer.
Option 2: You can return your order at your own expense using any courier service. Please send your return to the following address:

Returns or exchanges are at the Customer’s expense. You can return your order using any courier service to the address below:

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of its acceptance or decline. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date we received your returned product. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
